If you feel ready for change, then counselling or psychotherapy could help as your current situation will not preclude you from feeling differently about your future. By moving at your own pace, eventually, all that's going on now will be a distant memory. My top priority is to provide a confidential, non-judgemental, safe space for you to explore. I work with individuals providing one-off, short-term, time-limited talking therapy to help with mental health, emotional well-being and relationship issues.
I believe that clients have within them the solution to their problems and often merely need a little help/support in moving in the right direction. Having said this, sometimes the issues can be so all-consuming or deeply entrenched that we struggle to see beyond the present circumstances. In counselling, we begin with building a relationship with you, the client to understand how the client is experiencing your current reality and how you would like things to be. Talking therapy can be done short-term or long-term, which referred to as psychotherapy.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. I'm all about quality than quantity. I have strong interpersonal skills and work with a wide variety of people, and above all, I believe that taking care of your mental health is as important as your physical health.
Having experience working with several mental health issues enables me to offer effective client-centred, individualised therapeutic care. And with that, provide a neutral ground for individuals. Outside of the office, I am an avid walker rambler, hiker. I love the outdoor, and that's why walk and talk service will be available in the future. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and throwing a tennis ball for my dog Winnie...
